Sod Delivery Zones and Fees*

Green Velvet offers timely delivery of our  Turfgrass Sod. Most deliveries within the boundaries of the Turfgrass Sod Zone Map are made using our own fleet of trucks, ensuring on-time deliveries by our Team of Logistics Specialists.

A transportation fee will be charged on all delivery invoices to cover our related costs of:

  • shipping
  • handling
  • fuel
  • loading

Delivery Terms

  • Minimum Delivery = 960 square feet.
  • Orders less than 960 square feet or big roll orders less than 900 square feet, add $135.00 charge per drop.
  • Sod deliveries combined on the same truck with Turf & Ornamental products valued at $1000.00 or more qualify for a 50% reduction in transportation charges in Zones 2 through 7. Call for a quote.
  • Pallet Charges: A deposit charge for each pallet, refundable upon return. Call for a quote.
  • Big Roll Tube Charge: A deposit charge for each tube, refundable upon return. Call for a quote.

Turf and Ornamental Products Delivery Zones and Fees*

Most deliveries within the boundaries of the Turf & Ornamental Delivery/Zone Map are made using our own fleet of Green Velvet trucks, ensuring on-time deliveries by our Team of Logistics Specialists.

More than $1000 = $45 within Zone

Orders with invoice valuation of $1000.00 or more, located within the turf & ornamental deliverable zone boundaries, will be charged a $45.00 transportation charge.

Less than $1000 OR Outside of Zone = Call for Quote

Orders with invoice valuation of less than $1000.00, located within the turf & ornamental zone boundaries, will be quoted individually. Call for a quote.

All turf & ornamental orders, regardless of invoice valuation, delivered outside of the turf & ornamental deliverable zone boundary will be quoted individually. Call for a quote.
